Since our establishment, we have been supplying mat products to domestic and international automobile manufacturers. These include soundproof mats to reduce road noise, cargo bed mats for commercial vehicles, and various other mat products used in automobiles, all manufactured by daidokasei.
 

We have been manufacturing long-length vinyl flooring materials for customers in the interior design industry and soundproof mats for customers in the construction industry for many years, consistently delivering products tailored to our customers' needs.
 

Flexible PVC waterproof sheets, widely used in landfills and rainwater retention tanks, are a staple product. Our facilities are equipped to produce wide sheets (2,000mm width and above), which is one of our distinctive features. As a result, we have been fortunate to receive long-standing patronage from civil engineering material manufacturers.
 

We manufacture mat products with a wide range of embossed patterns and color options. We supply desk mats, protective mats, non-slip mats, and more to home centers and individual customers.
 

Most of the products made by daidokasei can be classified as 'environmentally-friendly products,' as previously introduced. We have been committed to creating environmentally friendly products since our establishment through various manufacturing approaches, including the use of recycled materials generated both internally and externally, the production of mineral-filled non-plastic products, the utilization of biodegradable materials, and in-house inline compounding processes.


 

Our company, DAIDOKASEI CO. LTD., was born as a reclaimed rubber manufacturing-and-selling company in 1934 (Showa 9).
In our old long history, we have put our heart into development of the attractive products with the abundant individuality of additional value, with environment friendly products from original goods to OEM goods and we have been supported by our customers, the area and the society as a professional manufacturer of sheet general products.

And we are making to satisfy all customers’ needs flexibly as the strength of our company such as we can consistently perform a production system from combination of plastic raw materials to sheet, forming process to the end products and by quick footwork with fine-tuned response of a small lot, a spot article and a special article.
